Safety Program
We pride ourselves on our ability to work safely at every project, every time. Our crews are OSHA trained and are monitored by our in house safety manager. We do not believe that any work should be done at the expense of safety, no matter what the costs.
Our company’s MOD rating is currently at 0.94 and has maintained injury free for over the last 100,000 man hours worked.
Prior to every project, our safety manager reviews the site conditions with the foreman and entire crew and develops a formal written safety plan for the crew to follow. Our company randomly inspects all job sites for safety issues and corrects them immediately if any should occur. Additionally we provide quarterly training for all field employees as well as weekly mandatory tool box talks.
Finally our employees are required to be drug free and are pre-screened as well as randomly tested for substance abuse.
